Last week Ososim once again supported London Business School’s Human Resource Strategies for Transforming Organisations programme.
Directed by Professor Lynda Gratton, forty-two senior HR executives from 26 countries spent a week preparing themselves and their companies for a changing world. In addition to live case studies from TCS Consulting and Standard Chartered, they heard from Lynda, Tammy Erickson, Gareth Jones and networks expert, Raina Brands.
Raina’s work with the participants revealed each person’s “network personality”, with the benefits and limitations this creates, and illustrated the critical role social capital plays in successful change. This was then brought to life through an Ososim simulation.
