Global team expansion in France, US and UK
We are delighted to welcome four new associates in France, the USA and the UK as well as a new engineer to our software development team.
These appointments will enable us to cater to increasing client demand and design and deliver our innovative business simulation training experiences around the world.
Craig Clawson and Kate Philips-Kaiser have joined Ososim in the United States to capitalise on the growth of our US business.
Craig Clawson specialises in helping individuals and companies close skill gaps. His wide-spanning career has focused on building commercial learning solutions and developing innovative programmes to help organisations with talent development, improved operations and business strategy. He has consulted and worked with a variety of companies including IBM, Microsoft, Textron, UBS and Union Pacific. He served as Managing Director with Duke Corporate Education for many years and was then hand-picked by Jack Welch to serve as Dean of the Jack Welch Management Institute.
Kate Philips-Kaiser is an international leadership coach and business founder with over 20 years of experience working with entrepreneurs, managers and teams from around the world. After a corporate career as manager of Sales Operations and Marketing for Europe, Middle East and Africa with global telecom manufacturer Nortel in Paris and Coordinator of the Centre for Canada-Asia Business Relations at Queen’s University in Canada, Kate moved to the US and founded her own business, providing an innovative methodology and technology for facilitating reflection and social learning in executive development.
Marie-Lys Leschiera will be delivering Ososim business simulations in France. She has over 10 years of experience in designing and teaching executive education courses in various business institutions including HEC Paris, Emeritus, INSEAD, IMD, as well as multinational corporate companies.
As an Executive coach and trainer with over 20 years of management experience, Paul Ward focuses on the key motivational drivers of individuals and teams. Paul is a Master Practitioner and trainer of NLP and a Licensed Trainer of Motivational maps, and works with individuals and teams to develop improved engagement and motivation through positive communication and influence.
Chris Dunkling graduated with a degree in Computer Science and will be working in our software development team on a new character creator for our simulations as well as other product innovations. This Character Creator tool will allow clients to customise the characters in simulations, aligning them with their individual company challenges to maximise the learning impact.
