Innovative learning to help build Britain’s best public services
An incredibly busy 2015 ended with another significant success for Ososim and its partners. We are delighted to be part of the consortium, led by Korn Ferry Hay Group, which successfully won the multi-year contract to run the executive development of the 4,000 most senior civil servants in the United Kingdom.
Other consortium members are MIT Sloan Executive Education, Cranfield University, Pearn Kandola, Practive, Brickwall and Cornerstone on Demand. Korn Ferry Hay Group selected consortium partners to design and deliver innovative and impactful face to face and digital learning tools. “Our aim is to bring world leading expertise to the SCS (“Senior Civil Service”) in terms of content, delivery methods and learning experiences” said Graham Atkins, Director at Korn Ferry Hay Group. The consortium will work with Civil Service Learning and the SCS to co-create a high quality curriculum and build an innovative, bespoke and engaging learning offer for civil servants.
Hilary Spencer, Director of Civil Service Learning, said:
“We are delighted to be working with Korn Ferry Hay Group and partners, and are looking forward to developing a world class offer for the Senior Civil Service, drawing on their skills in leadership development and the expertise of their partners in other skill areas that are key for the Civil Service.”
Work has already started to provide the Senior Civil Service with a significantly enhanced offering when delivery starts in March 2016 and Ososim looks forward to playing its part in enhancing the skills and capabilities of senior civil servants.
John Manzoni, Chief Executive of the Civil Service, said:
“Learning and development are at the heart of building capability across government, making sure we have the skills we need to deliver the best public services for a modern Britain.”
