New software engineer to develop further our leading-edge simulation platform
Due to increasing client demand, we are delighted to welcome Chris Dunkling as a new software engineer in our development team.
From Cambridge originally, Chris graduated from Coventry University with a 2:1 in Computer Science. He joined the Ososim team in September: “After completing my degree I was keen to return to Cambridge and find a company that would allow me to extend my skills and put everything I had learned into practise. I have already started working on a new character creator for our simulations. This will allow Ososim’s clients to customise the characters in the simulations, aligning them with their individual company challenges to maximise the learning impact.”

COO Elisa Alabaster said: “We are delighted to welcome Chris to our team. Having Chris on board will enable us to customise simulations for our global clients faster and in a more user-friendly way. Some of our clients have existing spreadsheet-based simulations which they are keen to modernise. With our business simulation expertise we can transform these simulation learning exercises into highly effective digital learning experiences which help to deliver long term behavioural change.”
