Stimulating debate on FoW Talent Jam

Up Next… Democratising Learning
News

Over the last three days, I have been privileged to take part in the Future of Work’s Jam on talent with senior executives from a range of major companies: Accenture, Tata Consulting, KPMG, Aditya Birla Group, Randstad, RSA, BT, Novo Nordisk amongst many others.

In our discussions on the future of learning some common themes emerged: learning & development will become more informal, technology will be a massive enabler, formal learning will be mainly experiential, and employees will be increasingly empowered to pursue their learning. I found this was massively reassuring as it confirms the direction that Ososim is taking.

One other point struck me about the Jam – the weight of contributions from India. Despite all the current negative media comments about the India economy, Indian companies will continue to prosper benefiting from the sheer number of very bright people there who are really focused on the future!

Congratulations to the Future of Work team for an excellent session.
